Split-arrows 2.svg This page has been suggested to be split into separate pages.
Reason: Less than 50% of the entities have been documented and the page is already a mess and hard to navigate.

In Magicmaker, an entity refers to any dynamic object in the level that is not terrain, such as enemies, leaf piles and targets. All entities have a set value of health, movement speed, collision damage, attack timer and attack damage, as well as additional statistics, depending on the difficulty.

NPCs, ice tiles, gems, item drops, health pickups and mana pickups are special entities in that they do not possess health (although they can still take damage, though this is only a concern for ice tiles). Harpies can pick up all entities, including special entities except for ice tiles and gems.

Warning: On high levels of New Game+, when projectile-firing enemies' Attack Delays decrease to and below 0, they will fire projectiles every frame! The only exception to this rule is the Fairy.
Note: Movement Speed and other length-based statistics are based upon the magicmeter. See Metrics for more information.

Mobs[]

Mobs are the most common enemy type in Magicmaker. Dozens of each mob often spawn in a single level.

Note: A negative Attack Delay prevents the fairy from firing any projectiles. On high levels of New Game+, when the fairies' Attack Delays decrease below 0, fairies will not fire projectiles at all.

On higher difficulties, the Turret Flower will fire multiple projectiles per shot, in a similar fashion to the Illusion Dust material.

Skeletons can also place bombs, although this feature is currently unused. Every bomb deals 20 damage in a radius of 5 magicmeters.

If the player gets too close to a Lamia, it will jump away. On Associates difficulty, they will evade when the player is 6 or less magicmeters away from it. On other difficulties and on any New Game+, they will only evade when the player is 3 or less magicmeters away.

Her main attack consists of firing a volley of projectiles at a rate of 12 projectiles per second in all directions. However, in New Game+, she will never perform this attack, likely due to a bug.

Unlike other minibosses, they will never take nor drop the green gem.
